Terms of Service

By booking or receiving services from Gold Pine Wellness, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to protect both you and Cara Sheahan, LMT, and to ensure a safe, respectful therapeutic relationship.

Gold Pine Wellness provides licensed massage therapy services, including therapeutic massage, prenatal massage, and Maya Abdominal Therapy. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician before booking.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full session rate. We understand that emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. Cash payments are processed at the listed session rates. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. Receipts are provided upon request and may be submitted for insurance reimbursement where applicable.

No tipping is expected or required — session rates are set to sustain the practice.

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions, medications, recent surgeries, or contraindications prior to your session. Gold Pine Wellness reserves the right to modify or decline services if a contraindication is identified that may pose a risk to your health or safety.

All services are provided in a safe, professional, and therapeutic context. Sexual solicitation or inappropriate behavior of any kind will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be expected. Gold Pine Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for professional or safety reasons.

Cara Sheahan, LMT is a licensed massage therapist in the State of Colorado. While every effort is made to provide safe, high-quality care, Gold Pine Wellness is not liable for adverse reactions arising from failure to disclose health information, self-care advice followed without medical consultation, or conditions outside the scope of massage therapy.

Gold Pine Wellness reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
