  2. Using supportive bolsters and side-lying positions designed specifically for your comfort and safety.

  3. Gentle to moderate pressure targeting common pregnancy discomforts—low back, hips, shoulders, and legs.

  4. Post-session guidance on stretches and self-care practices to extend the benefits between visits.
